Terms of Service

By subscribing to or using Tayeno (operated by Clint Bailo, UK), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description & AI Nature

Tayeno provides autonomous AI agent software operated via Telegram for workflow assistance (including email triage, drafting, scheduling, and web research). In compliance with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, you acknowledge that you are interacting with artificial intelligence systems.

2. Human Responsibility & Review of Outputs

Important: AI models can make mistakes, hallucinate facts, or misinterpret nuances. You are solely responsible for reviewing all drafts, summaries, and action suggestions before approving or sending them to third parties.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of Tayeno shall in no event exceed the total fees paid by you to Tayeno in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

4. Prohibited Use Cases

To maintain platform security and regulatory compliance, you agree never to use Tayeno to process:

Special category health or biometric data
Children's personal data (under age 18)
Payment card numbers or banking passwords
Regulated financial or legal advice generation
Any activities that violate third-party terms of service (such as unsolicited mass email or platform scraping)

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any agent instance that violates platform safety guidelines, exceeds fair-use inference thresholds, creates security risks to our infrastructure, or breaches Section 4 (Prohibited Use Cases).

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Upon cancellation, your tenant data will be retained for 30 days and then securely purged.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
